My name is Kimberley Tanis and I have been a personal trainer for over 15 years.
I am also a holistic nutritionist and I specialize in helping women - especially women over 40 when all those pesky hormone imbalances start to affect your waistline!
I provide online fitness and nutrition coaching and guidance to women all over the world.
My programs are delivered digitally so they can be easily accessed for everyone.
My programs provide effective strategies with nutrition, mindset coaching, and fitness.
I've studied optimal hormone balancing foods, lifestyle changes, and the correct types and amounts of exercise to maximize fat burning and body composition changes .
I provide the guidance and information you need to adopt healthy habits and transform you body while still enjoying your life!
I teach on hormonal balance, nutrition strategies, the importance of gut health, how to understand macros to create your ideal body composition and the importance of weight training for women.
